Covid-19 policy

In accordance with the government guidelines, we have adapted our practice to offer our services in the safest way possible for our patients, staff, and community.

We know it is no longer compulsory in public spaces to wear face covering, however, out of consideration to your chiropractor, staff and other patients we still request patients to wear a face covering. 

If you have forgotten your mask you will be offered one of our reusable cloth masks. If you are unable to wear a mask or face covering you will be provided with a face visor to wear during your visit.

If you have any symptoms of Covid19 please make sure you have a negative test PCR test before your appointment. The main symptoms are a high temperature, a new continuous cough and a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. Find out more here.

How will your appointment be different? 

  • Please wear a face covering for the duration of your appointment.
  • Before entering the building, reception will give you hand sanitiser to use.
  • Please come to your appointment on your own unless you require a chaperone.
  • To avoid unnecessary contamination of our treatment rooms, please bring as little to your appointment as possible.
  • Please pay by contactless payment where possible, and stay behind the reception screens.

What we’re doing:

  • We have fully risk assessed our practice reopening and put in place systems to minimise the risk of Covid19 transmission.
  • Treatment rooms are sanitized after each patient.
  • Treatment rooms will be kept well ventilated.
  • Chiropractors and staff will continue to wear face coverings.
  • Communal areas will be disinfected regularly.
